Church Facility Rentals

In line with our values, Cityview welcomes one-time or ongoing affordable rentals from groups and individuals to support the well-being of the community.

In the past, our space has been used for language classes, dance practices, club meetings, birthday parties, memorials, and music/choir practices. The parking lot is also available for rent.

Renters are responsible for their own clean-up. Church equipment must be put away and the premises left tidy and clean. The church kitchen is available and kitchen users are responsible for the quality and preparation of their own food.

Cityview's multi-use spaces include:

Upstairs Sanctuary with raised stage (1800 square feet with a capacity of 100 - 120 people seated auditorium style)

Upstairs Classroom/Children's Playroom (297 square feet with a capacity of 10-15 people)

Downstairs Hall (1370 square feet with a capacity of 50 to 75 people) and adjacent kitchen (264 square feet)

Parking Lot (capacity 10 - 15 cars)

Accessibility details:

The main entrance, main floor sanctuary, and classroom/children’s playroom are accessed by four steps or by a ramp. There is a large single-person washroom on the main floor. The lower floor is accessed by an inside staircase or through a sidewalk-level external door. The two downstairs men’s and women’s washrooms each include one wheelchair-accessible stall, and one smaller stall.

Availability and Prices:

In general, the building is not available for rent on Thursdays and Sundays. For inquiries about all other times please send us an email to discuss availability and pricing.
